Returns & Exchanges

At Grand Lè Mar, we strive for sartorial perfection; however, if your selection is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags and luxury packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Grand Lè Mar box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the pre-paid boutique shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
